By joining an AllNightCrash Pub Crawl you accept the following terms and conditions: General AllNightCrash Pub Crawl keeps the right to change this General Standard Terms and Conditions if it’s required. Bookings made before this change are dealt with the old General Standard Terms and Conditions. The contents of our website are made and administered with our best accuracy. AllNightCrash Pub Crawl can NOT guarantee for correctness, completeness and actuality of this contents. Applicability The following General Standard Terms and Conditions determine the contract made between the participant of the tour and AllNightCrash Pub Crawl . Different General Standard Terms and Conditions are invalid. Fees and terms of payment The fees have to be paid instantly after the reception of the bill. The Fees include our stamp and our Welcome-Drink. Travel-Costs, food and the costs for the overnight stay are NOT included. Changes in execution In case of special, unpredictable and for reasons beyond our control AllNightCrash Pub Crawl keeps the right to change the date or time of the tour or cancel the tour completely. In case of under-usage of the Tour (minimum 2 participants) AllNightCrash Pub Crawl keeps the right to change the date or time of the tour or cancel the tour completely. Additionally AllNightCrash Pub Crawl keeps the right to bar participants from the tour. The participant cannot assert a claim for recompense of the paid fees. We only exclude participants, who can´t behave correctly and/or damage Persons, Items and/or public objects. AllNightCrash Pub Crawl keeps the right to stop giving those participants more alcohol. In case of change of the date/time or a complete cancelling of the tour ulterior claims of the participant, especially compensations (cancellation fee for the journey and /or overnight stay) do NOT exist. Cancellation or rebooking of an extra-tour The cancellation has to be made written or at www.allNightcrashpubcrawl.com. The fees for an extra-tour have to be on our bank account 6 days before the extra tour starts. For Cancellation or rebooking of an extra-tour following fees have to be paid: * Till 5 days before the tour starts: no fees / * Till 3 days before the tour starts: 50% of the normal fees *Less than 3 days before the tour starts:100% of the normal fees /*In case of nonattendance you´ve got to pay the full fees. Data Storage The Customer agrees by our terms and conditions that AllNightCrash Pub Crawl saves and stores his Data for several reasons. The attendees of our tour have an absolute liability. The agreement shall be construed in accordance with and subject to Hungarian law. PLEASE NOTE: Participation in tours promoted by AllNightCrash Pub Crawl is strictly on a voluntary basis. Neither AllNightCrash Pub Crawl, nor the self-employed freelance guides who are the providers of the tours promoted by AllNightCrash Pub Crawl , will be held responsible in any way for injuries to body or property incurred during tours.
